30-Day Satisfaction Policy

At Haira Lab, customer satisfaction is a priority. You may request a return within 30 days of delivery, subject to the conditions below.

Returns Eligibility

  • Products must be unused, unopened and in original packaging

  • Used or damaged products cannot be refunded

  • Return requests must be approved before shipment

Return Shipping

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable

  • We recommend using a trackable service

Refund Processing

Once the return is received and inspected, refunds are processed within 10 business days to the original payment method.
Refunds are issued in the original currency. Exchange or bank fees are not covered.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged, notify us within 48 hours with photos.
Eligible items will be replaced at no cost.
